Data Collection and Usage Policy
Effective Date: August 2, 2025
At [www.Muft.Shiksha], we are committed to upholding the highest standards of user privacy. Our policy on data collection is straightforward and transparent:
We Do Not Collect Personal Data.
This means:
No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) from our users. This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, IP addresses, location data, Browse history, or any other information that could be used to identify an individual.
No Tracking Technologies: We do not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or any other tracking technologies to gather information about your activities on our site or across other websites.
No Analytics: We do not employ third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo) that would track user behavior or collect data about your visits.
No Log Files: Our servers are configured not to generate or store standard web server log files that would typically contain IP addresses or other potentially identifying information.
Why We Don’t Collect Data:
Our primary goal is to provide [briefly describe your website’s purpose, e.g., “information,” “a service,” “a platform for X”] without infringing on your privacy. We believe that a truly private online experience is one where your data is your own, and we have designed our site to operate without the need for personal information.
What This Means for You:
Your Privacy is Absolute: You can browse and use [Your Website Name] with complete confidence that your online activities are not being monitored or recorded by us.
No Data Breaches: Since we do not collect personal data, there is no risk of your personal information being compromised in a data breach on our end.
No Marketing or Sales: We will never use any (non-existent) data to target you with advertisements, marketing materials, or for sales purposes.
Third-Party Links:
Our website may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
Changes to This Policy:
We may update our Data Collection and Usage Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Important Considerations Before Implementing:
Be Absolutely Sure: If you state you collect no data, you must ensure this is 100% true. Even seemingly innocuous things like standard server access logs can contain IP addresses. You need to configure your server and any third-party services very carefully.
Server Logs: This is the trickiest part. Most web servers (Apache, Nginx, etc.) by default create access logs that record IP addresses, user agents, timestamps, etc. You’ll need to configure your server to either:
Disable logging entirely.
Anonymize IP addresses at the server level (e.g., truncate them).
Ensure these logs are immediately deleted or rotated so frequently they hold no useful data.
Consult with your web host or server administrator to confirm this is possible and how to implement it.
Embedded Content: If you embed content from other sites (e.g., YouTube videos, social media feeds), those sites will likely collect data. Your policy should clarify this (as my draft does in “Third-Party Links”).
Contact Forms/Email: If you have a contact form, when someone uses it, you are collecting their email address and whatever information they provide. This is personal data. If you have any interactive elements where users input information, you are collecting data, and this policy wouldn’t be accurate.
Legal Review: While this policy is designed to be very strong on privacy, it’s always a good idea to have it reviewed by a legal professional, especially if your site operates in regions with strict data privacy laws (like GDPR or CCPA). They can ensure it meets all necessary legal requirements for your specific context.
“No Use of Data” vs. “No Collection of Data”: Your request was “no use of data.” The strongest way to achieve “no use” is “no collection.” If you do collect data (even anonymized or aggregated, or for a specific purpose), then your policy would need to detail what you collect and how it’s used (and not used). The policy above assumes you collect absolutely nothing personal.
Embedded content from other websites
Suggested text: Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Suggested text: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
Suggested text: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
